The book is now available from Blurb. A total of 513 images, photographed on August 19th, were submitted on time. 120 of them were chosen for the book. Only about 23% of the photographs sent made the cut.

It was quite a challenging task to decide which photos to include. When choosing the photographs, I didn't consider the photographer's identity or their origin. The images were selected only based on their quality. I think it is the fairest way to do it. I hope those whose photos were not chosen is not thinking something was wrong with their image. On the contrary, I think the overall quality was excellent.

Making the book and choosing the order of the images was also not easy. I tried to make the spreads visually appealing and select images that complement each other well. Some spreads are better than others. All images were selected individually. I did not select images because some would complement another image. I think that would have been unfair. Images for this type of project should be chosen for their own merits.

The book is also available in PDF, so I decided to offer that option as well. Unfortunately, the book's price is quite high. The print quality is very good, which is essential when discussing a photo book. The number of pages is 122, which has also been added to the cost.
